The story : Prince and Mayté Garcia exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony in Minneapolis, on february 14th, 1996. The religious ceremony took place in a small church, and only about 30 people were allowed to sit in. People in attendance included drummer Kirk Johnson, Bernadette Anderson (André Cymone's mother), Michael Bland, Morris Hayes, Mayté's parents, and Prince's mother Mattie. After a 35-mn ceremony, the couple escaped in a white limo, and a private reception was held at Paisley Park. According to The Vault book, there were only 4 small tables at the reception.
Disposed on the tables were specially designed napkins, featuring Prince's Symbol embroidered with Mayté's initial, and a heart in the middle.
These napkins are made of paper. They are extremely rare, as only the persons who attended the reception at Paisley Park (or extras) were able to pick up one of these !
We have3 2 napkins for sale. NEW PRICE : 50 €.
